A judge appointed TJ Jackson, the 34-year-old son of Tito Jackson, as temporary guardian of Michael Jackson's three children in the absence of their grandmother, Katherine Jackson. "We have reason to believe that Mrs. Jackson has been held against her will," Katherine Jackson attorney Sandra Ribera told Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff at a hearing Wednesday.
Immediately after the hearing however, another attorney for Katherine Jackson, Perry Sanders, said he'd been told by Randy Jackson that his mother was on a plane bound for California.
4 key points from this controversial ruling:
- This means major money for TJ, the kid's new guardian. Kim Kardashian's ex TJ will now have access to the $500 million MJ estate. It's all about the Benjamin's baby!
- Why in the heck did Katherine leave her grandchildren unspervised for 8 days anyway? What's really good Mrs. Jackson?
- Jermaine, Janet and Randy seem to have lost out on this round. Will a judge side with them on getting MJ's will revoked?
- Why hasn't Diana Ross chimed in on all this? She is after all the backup guardian listed in the will.
So many questions! Can someone get the Jackson's a reality show ASAP? We need to film this craziness.

This is just so sad. As if these kids haven't suffered enough with the loss of their father and life suddenly being turned upside down.
ReplyDeleteMaybe Ms Jackson is not of sound mind and that's why she left her grandchildren unattended for 8 days. She seemed to love them..
I'm not sure how good TJ will be for them kids (and I can't believe he's 34 now!!!), but I sure am glad it ain't Janet taking care of them. She'd be slapping them every day.
