Bestowed by Queen Elizabeth II, Price William's grandmother has given him the title of Duke and Kate Middleton the title of Duchess of Cambridge.
In addition to the dukedom William also became the Earl of Strathearn and Baron Carrickfergus, which means Middleton will become the Countess of Strathearn and Baroness Carrickfergus.
