Wearing Summer Looks in the Winter

Do you have maxi dresses that you wish you could wear seamlessly in the summer and then transition it to a winter piece as well? I read in a  magazine that you actually can! You can wear a turtleneck over your maxi dress and tie a belt at the waist to really cinch the look together. This look works with a turtleneck that compliments the colors and textures in the dress.

 I picked my dress in South Africa this past December. I paired my halter dress with a pair of black booties to match my black turtleneck! You know a look works when you receive a ton of compliments on it, I hope you like it as well :)
